We’ve been busy testing the robustness and quality of our streaming service by attending several major events. Here’s a sneak peek:
- AIBC Global Conference, Dubai, 02/23/2024: Artem joined a panel with Bertrand Levy from Sandbox, giving attendees a real-time view through his eyes and showcasing the potential for remote event participation.
- Glory Grand Prix, Netherlands 03/09/2024: Watched by millions globally, this event featured our ambassador, 11-time world kickboxing champion Rico Verhoeven, competing against Sofian Laïdouni. We’re excited to share some recent platform enhancements:
Live Chat Support Integration: We’ve added a new feature that allows for real-time support through live chat. This ensures that help is just a click away, enhancing user support and satisfaction.
Rebranding to MPAX+: We are thrilled to unveil our new identity, MPAX+. Along with the name change, our visual theme has transitioned from orange to a sleek black-and-white concept, aligning with our vision for a more refined and modern aesthetic.
Automated Order Cancellation: We’ve developed new protocols for handling orders that aren’t confirmed or paid for within the designated time. This system automatically cancels such orders to prevent unnecessary charges and keep the platform efficient:
- Orders will be canceled if not confirmed by the Paxer within the set time frame.
- Orders will also auto-cancel if the beholder does not complete payment timely.
Improved UX for Unauthorized Users: Enhancing accessibility, unauthorized users can now view content on the main page of our platform. This update allows for a sneak peek into what MPAX+ offers, although streaming access remains exclusive to logged-in users.
